Infinite Trading Academy provides educational content, community access, live market commentary, tools, and indicators. Nothing provided through the website, Discord, live sessions, social channels, or products is personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Users are responsible for their own trading decisions, broker and prop-firm rules, account security, position sizing, risk limits, taxes, and compliance obligations. Users should not trade products or strategies they do not understand.
Futures and options involve substantial risk. Losses may equal the amount committed and, depending on the product and account structure, may exceed the initial amount deposited. No result, payout, funded account, win rate, or profitability is guaranteed.
Free and paid access may be delivered through third-party platforms such as Whop, Discord, and TradingView. Pricing, billing frequency, cancellation, renewal, refund, and access terms shown at checkout control the purchase. Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
Harassment, threats, hate speech, impersonation, fraud, unauthorized promotion, sharing paid content, account sharing, scraping, or conduct that disrupts the community may result in restricted or terminated access.
Website content, course materials, live-session recordings, graphics, community resources, the SWCF methodology, and indicator materials are protected content. Access does not grant permission to copy, resell, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer, or create derivative commercial products.
Markets, sessions, traders, features, schedules, products, platforms, and community channels may change. The academy may update, suspend, replace, or discontinue content or access when reasonably necessary.
The academy is not responsible for outages, account restrictions, data errors, policy changes, or actions taken by third-party platforms, brokers, exchanges, prop firms, payment processors, Discord, TradingView, or Whop.
The final version must include the approved business entity, support address, governing law, limitation-of-liability terms, dispute process, refund policy, and any required regulatory disclosures.
